The Bountiful real estate market increased a little by 2.78% from a total of 35 units sold last year to April this year’s total of 36 units sold.

Last year’s original list price was at $213,000 and median sold price was $180,300 while this year’s original list price was $194,900 and median sold price was $190,000. This was a 5.11% increased in the year over year prices of homes in Bountiful.

The median dollar per square foot price of units sold in April this year was $79.65. Half of the homes sold were bigger than 2,467 square feet. The typical unit sold includes four bedrooms and two baths.

Syracuse home sales increased 7.14% from 26 total residential properties sold to 28 year over year. The March 2012 median sold price was $203,700 and original list price was $224,900. This is a 0.63% decrease from March last year’s median sold price of $205,000 and original list price of $244,400.

The median dollar per square foot price was $71.21. Half of the properties sold were bigger than 2,861 square feet. The typical home sold was equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.

The year over year home sales in Layton increased 12.07% in March this year to 58 total houses sold from a year ago’s total of 51.

Sales price slightly dropped 4.88% from a median sold price of $171,000 and an original list price of $180,000 to this year’s median sold price of $162,660 and original list price of $170,950.

Median dollar per square foot price was $73.98. Half of the houses sold were bigger than 2,298 square feet. The typical house comprises of four bedrooms and three baths.

Both Centerville home sales prices were up in March 2012. Number of residential units were 9, an increased of 11.11% from the same period in March of 2011. Home sales in Syracuse Utah show signs of improvement from last year’s sales. The 23 total residential houses sold for the month of February 2012 were 17.39 percent more than the same month in 2011.

Sales price increased a little by 1.43% to $210,000 median sold price and $269,000 original list price from last year’s $207,000 median sold price and $234,900 original list price.

Each square foot of Syracuse house went sold in this month cost approximately $72.03. The median square feet size was 3,103. Typical house comprises of four bedrooms and three baths.
