The prices of homes in North Salt Lake dropped 13.76 percent year over year from June 2010 median sold price of $243,500 and original list price of $289,950 to the same period this year’s median sold price of $210,000 and original list price of $244,900.
Price of home per square foot in North Salt Lake cost approximately $98.23. The median square feet size of these homes was at 2,467. Typically, the home being sold was equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.

The North Salt Lake Utah real estate market is still a long way from recovery. The rising unemployment rate, consumers lack of confidence and persistent foreclosures have pulled down prices in the area.
