Median sold price of residential homes in June 2009 was $235,500, this represents am increase of 21.37 percent in the year over year sales price median sold price reached $299,500 in June this year. Original list price of residential homes in June 2009 was at $244,900 and in the same month this year original list price was $320,000. During June 2010, all residential homes were sold for 94 percent of their original list price.

Median dollar per square foot price of sold residential homes in June this year was at $88.20. Half of these sold homes were bigger than 3,501 square feet. Typically, these homes went sold are equipped with five bedrooms and three baths.

The average of these properties sold had four bedrooms and three baths. Median days on the market spend by under contract homes was 54.

During May this year, properties sold had an original list price of $239,900 and a median sold price of $217,000. These properties sold had a median square feet size of 2,637 and a median dollar per square foot price of $92.17. Typically, these homes have five bedrooms and three baths. Under contract properties spend 52 days on the market before they went sold.
At the moment, total properties for sale in Kaysville were 175, in which 16 of these are under contract. Last month, properties for sale in Kaysville totaled 181, in which 19 of these are under contract.
