Last July 2009, sellers’ asking price of residential houses was $179,900 and median sold price was $170,450. In the same period this year, residential houses sellers’ asking price was $179,900 and median sold price was $173,950, thus year over year sales price increase slightly by 2.01 percent.
Each square foot of residential houses sold in July this year cost approximately $89.94. Median square feet size of these houses was 1,980. Typically, these houses sold are equipped with three bedrooms and two baths.
Total listings of Clinton Utah Houses for sale in the market decrease from 192 last month to 187 listings this month. Meanwhile, total under contract houses remained at 17.
