Prices of homes also dropped 10.28 percent from last year’s median sold price of $165,000 and original list price of $174,900 to this year’s median sold price of $148,035 and original list price of $162,450.
Median dollar per square foot price of of all the homes sold in November this year was $68.63. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 1,823 square feet. The typical home was equipped with four bedrooms and two baths.
Clinton currently have 32 properties under contract and 118 total properties for sale in the market.

The Clinton real estate market recently released their monthly statistics for October 2011. Home sales remain unchanged compared to the previous year with 17 total houses sold.
Also compared to this time last year, sales price dropped 5.06% to a median sold price of $159,500 and an original list price of $165,000 from last year’s $168,000 median sold price and $179,900 original list price.
During October 2011, median price of houses per square foot was $74.03. The median square feet size of these houses was 2,001. The typical house sold comprises of three bedrooms and two baths.
Total Clinton Utah Houses for Sale in the market was 116. Out of these 116 listings were 80 under contract houses.

Clinton Sales in September 2011 increase 18.18% to 22 total residential units sold from the same period last year’s total of 18 residential units sold. Sales price dropped 10.87% from last year’s original list price of $193,200 and median sold price of $180,000 to this year’s original list price of $179,900 and median sold price of $160,437.50.
Median dollar per square foot price of Clinton Homes sold in September this year was $71.74. Half of these units sold were bigger than 2,051 square feet. The average unit sold was equipped with four bedrooms and two baths.
Total units for sale as of today in Clinton were 144 in which 29 of these are under contract homes.
