The Bountiful Utah Real Estate number of sales decreased in May 2011 around 5% over the number of sales from a year ago. Total sold units in May this year were 38. Prices of Bountiful homes were also dropping from May 2010 median sold price of $204,250 and original list price of $219,950 to this year’s median sold price of $177,450 and original list price of $192,450 that leads to 13.12% decrease in the year over year prices of homes. Bountiful Utah Real Estate had a total of 20 residential properties sold in December 2010. These residential properties had an original list price of $184,950. Bountiful Utah Real Estate sales fell 13.33 percent from November 2009 with a total of 30 residential units sold to 26 residential units sold in the same period this year.
On a year over year basis, prices of homes rose 10.97 percent. In November last year, residential units original list price was at $228,650 and median sold price was $207,000. In the same month this year, original list price of homes was $259,950 and median sold price was $232,500. In November 2010, residential units were sold for 89 percent of their original list price.
