The Bountiful real estate market increased a little by 2.78% from a total of 35 units sold last year to April this year’s total of 36 units sold.
Last year’s original list price was at $213,000 and median sold price was $180,300 while this year’s original list price was $194,900 and median sold price was $190,000. This was a 5.11% increased in the year over year prices of homes in Bountiful.
The median dollar per square foot price of units sold in April this year was $79.65. Half of the homes sold were bigger than 2,467 square feet. The typical unit sold includes four bedrooms and two baths.
The number of active listings in Utah today are 163.
For the month of March 2012, home sales increased 25.81% from a total of 23 homes last year to a total of 31 homes sold this year.
The prices of homes on the other hand dropped 11.87% from March last year’s median sold price of $232,500 and original list price of $264,900 to this year’s median sold price of $204,900 and original list price of $210,000.
Additionally, median dollar per square foot price during March this year was $91.49. Half of these homes were bigger than 2,450 square feet. The typical home has four bedrooms and three baths.

The monthly real estate statistics for Bountiful Utah are out for February. The number of residential units sold were up 37.50% from a total of 20 last year to a total of 32 this year.
Sales price increase 5.31% from a median sold price of $178,500 and an original list price of $209,950 to a median sold price of $188,500 and an original list price of $199,900.

The Bountiful real estate MLS reported 28 residential properties sold in November 2011 – a 7.14 increase over November of 2010 total residential properties sold of 26.
Median sold price of properties was $205,810 and original list price was $224,000 during November this year, representing an 11.48 percent decrease compared to the same month last year’s median sold price of $232,500 and original list price of $259,950.
In November this year, price of homes per square foot was $76.85. Median square feet size was 2,493. The average home sold was equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.

Bountiful Utah real estate reported their October 2011 sales showing a strong performance with 36 total residential houses sold. This represents a 19.44% year over year increase from the figure of October 2010 of 29 residential houses sold.
The year over year sales price decrease 2.56% to a median sold price of $190,000 and an original list price of $199,900 from last year’s median sold price of $195,000 and an original list price of $224,988.
The average house went sold in October this year comprises of four bedrooms and two baths. The median square feet size was at 2,376. Each square foot of these Bountiful home cost approximately $79.27.
Total Bountiful Utah Homes for Sale at present were 233 while total under contract houses were 51.
