The Bountiful real estate market increased a little by 2.78% from a total of 35 units sold last year to April this year’s total of 36 units sold.

Last year’s original list price was at $213,000 and median sold price was $180,300 while this year’s original list price was $194,900 and median sold price was $190,000. This was a 5.11% increased in the year over year prices of homes in Bountiful.

The median dollar per square foot price of units sold in April this year was $79.65. Half of the homes sold were bigger than 2,467 square feet. The typical unit sold includes four bedrooms and two baths.

The number of active listings in Utah today are 163.
