Kaysville Home Sales not at it’s best in January

January 2012 Kaysville home sales dropped 7.69% to a total of 12 houses sold from last year’s total of 13. A 24.86 percent increased was seen in the median sold price from $216,000 to $287,450. Seller’s asking price was at $239,900 in January last year and $272,450 in the same month this year.

$86.39 was the median dollar per square foot price of all the houses being sold in January this year. The median square feet size of these homes was 3,190. Typically, the house went sold comprises five bedrooms and three baths.

106 was the total Kaysville Ut Homes for Sale in the market and the total under contract houses were 24.
