Home sales in Layton Utah were strong in December, up 37.70% from December 2010 total unit sales of 38. There were 61 units went sold in December last year.

Over the same period in 2010, prices of homes dropped 7.21% from a median sold price of $190,257.50 and an original list price of $214,500 to a median sold price of $176,540 and an original list price of $200,000.
