Syracuse November sales this year were a little better than November 2010. November this year total residential properties sold were 22 an increase of 9.09 percent from last year’s total of 20 residential properties sold.

A dropped of 1.91 percent was seen in the year over year sales price from last year’s median sold price of $208,950 and original list price of $234,450 to this year’s median sold price of $204,950 and original list price of $234,950.

Price of homes per square foot sold in November this year was $74.82. Median square feet size was 2,939. The typical home sold was equipped with four bedrooms and three baths.

Total Syracuse Utah Homes in the market for sale were 161 and total under contract properties were 32.
