Bountiful Utah Real Estate sales fell 13.33 percent from November 2009 with a total of 30 residential units sold to 26 residential units sold in the same period this year.
On a year over year basis, prices of homes rose 10.97 percent. In November last year, residential units original list price was at $228,650 and median sold price was $207,000. In the same month this year, original list price of homes was $259,950 and median sold price was $232,500. In November 2010, residential units were sold for 89 percent of their original list price.
