Kaysville Utah Home Sales hit low in October

Kaysville Utah Real Estate sales fell in October this year 23.53 percent with a total of 13 houses sold from the same time last year with a total of 17 houses sold.

In Clearfield Utah Real Estate sales decrease all the way down to 65.63 percent from October 2009 total houses sold of 32 to the same month this year, total houses sold of 11.
Sales price increase by only 1.04 percent year over year. In October last year, houses median sold price was $146,950 and original list price was $152,400 while in the same period this year median sold price was at $148,500 and original list price was at $151,900.
